 Danza Organica is a dance company that I am affiliated with as their Resident Poet. I performed with them an excerpt of the larger piece that was choreographed by Marsha Parilla at this event. I curated and performed word written by a young person whose had a family member who is incarcerated. The piece " Running in Stillness" is about incarceration and its effect on the children and the community.
